Story

Myself and my family would like to show our Thanks and gratitude to The Matter Hospital for supporting my husband Matthew Kinlan in his final days.

Both the hospital and staff went above and beyond in support of our family when we needed it the most, from the care staff and nurses supporting Matthew to even the porters giving him blankets to make sure that he wasn't cold when he wanted to go outside.

Myself and my daughters are taking part in this bank holidays Women's Mini Marathon to show our thanks and appreciation to these amazing people.

I'd like to take this moment to thank the nurses who stayed with us and Matthew in the ICU, The porters who went out of their way to show us support, the staff who kept bringing us tea to keep us calm, and the nurses and doctors who cared for Matthew.

These little things made a difference for our family when we needed it the most.

please show us your support by supporting us this weekend.

Your support and generosity is hugely appreciated and will allow us to continue to make a life-saving and life-changing impacts in the world.
