On 19th July 2025, I’ll be taking a giant leap for mental health – literally. I’ll be abseiling down the iconic Coventry Cathedral to raise money for Coventry and Warwickshire Mind, and trust me, the height alone has already sent my anxiety into overdrive. All for a good cause though, right?

Now, I know what you’re thinking: “Why would anyone willingly fling themselves off a building?” Well, here’s the thing: mental health is no joke, and neither is the amazing work this charity does to support individuals in need. From counselling services to crisis care, Coventry and Warwickshire Mind provides vital resources that help people navigate the often-overlooked challenges of mental health.

Here’s where you come in – because while I’ll be the one dangling from a rope, you have the power to make a real difference. Your donation will go directly towards funding life-changing services, ensuring no one has to face their mental health battles alone. Plus, the more money I raise, the less I can back out without looking like a coward. Win-win.
