Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my mum's JustGiving page.
On October 28th my lovely mumsy, Helen, is doing a 5K walk in memory of her identical twin sister Diana (my beloved aunty). Three years ago Diana lost her life whilst battling bowel cancer. Although she was battling the disease, she was winning that battle, and her passing was completely unexpected. The loss of Diana has left a huge hole in our families lives and as you can imagine, the loss of a twin was unbearable for my mum. Even writing this I'm struggling to hold back tears but for my mum she was plunged into a very depressive time in her life. As you can imagine, finding the motivation to even get on with daily life with a smile has been a struggle at times, but she has decided to find the motivation to fight back against this awful disease by completing a 5K walk. This is something outside of Helen's comfort zone and as you can see she only has a small target of £50! So please if you could donate anything you can afford it would so greatly appreciated by Helen and her family.
