Story

In 2017 I was diagnosed with Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma and after 12 months of treatment which finished with a stem cell transplant in 2018 I am lucky enough to be still here.

This is the 5 year anniversary of my stem cell transplant and I am now off active monitoring.

George Eliot Hospital was where I was first diagnosed and I received a lot of my chemo in the Dorothea Unit.

It was a privilege to be treated by so many kind and skilled people during this time.

Thank you for considering fundraising for George Eliot Hospital Charity, your local hospitals own charity.

It is only through the kindness, generosity and hard work of our supporters raising vital funds for George Eliot Hospital Charity that we can do more every year to take us closer to achieving our vision to provide the best possible facilities and environment at our hospital. As a charity we are committed to making you proud to support our hospital and strive to adhere to an open and honest relationship with you.

Thank you again.
