Caring matters; being cared for is part of being human. And the people who care for others need to be cared for too. Trafford Carers Centre supports young and adult unpaid carers in the Trafford area.

The Centre team help carers recognize their own needs, have their voices heard, help with their physical and mental wellbeing and ensure they are fully understood, valued and supported in their caring role.

Support to carers is provided by phone, face to face meetings (in person and online), support groups, activities and events. The team also provide regular sessions at venues across Trafford providing emotional and practical support including health checks, benefit advice, advocacy, peer support and counselling.

I am delighted to be involved in this fundraising event for Trafford Carers Centre, supporting their essential work, and welcome all donations!
