We are moving further, faster to help everyone affected by a brain tumour

Story

Kate and I, along with family and friends are walking a 26.2 mile Marathon, from Cavendish, finishing in our home village of Nayland on Saturday 13 July 2024 in memory of our fabulous William.

William was diagnosed with a brain tumour aged 7 and passed away after a long ‘battle’ aged 18 in August 2022.

We are doing this along with our friends Sally and Mark, whose daughter Lizzie also passed away as a result of a brain tumour in 2018.

Money raised will go to Lizzie’s Fund, a supporter group for The Brain Tumour Charity, which was set up in Lizzie’s name and has raised an amazing amount for research into childhood brain tumours. With research, we hope in time other children will not have to go through the same journey to inevitably lose their lives like Lizzie and William.

Thank you for your support
