I'm taking on a BIG 60 Challenge in memory of my MUM!!

She suffered most of her life with chronic depression and with her mental health. While i was growing up i never understood but in recent years my mental health has been badly affected and now fully understand what she went through.

MIND have got me through so much in the last year and so myself and my son Ruaghri will be jumping out of a plane from 13,000 feet.

Northamptonshire Mind have been supporting our communities for 60 years and I want to support them with my own personal BIG 60 Challenge!
