As we can’t make the 5k Twilight this year, I took myself out this morning and did 10k, 5 for me and 5 for Issy (she’s on shift today)🩷

Dorset and Somerset Air Ambulance provides life-saving, pre-hospital critical care, to patients in need. They are a vital part of the community across Dorset and Somerset and they rely on your support.

I’m supporting DSAA as the service they provide is 95% funded by charitable giving; by people like you. Last year, they were tasked to 2,424 incidents, with each mission costing approximately £3,500.

I pray that no one has to go through what we did in October 2021, or that you ever have the need to use the Air Ambulance, however if you do I can promise you that they will give you the most amazing care ❤️
