I'm taking part in the December Dip Challenge in aid of the NMH Foundation. This is to help women and babies thrive, arrive and survive.

I have wanted to sign-up to one of these events all year long but I kept coming up with excuses. No more!! I’m saying YES to this one as it’s my last chance of the year to achieve this goal. I’m aiming to do it on Christmas Day!

This is a great cause and one that’s close to my heart. We were lucky enough to benefit from the excellent care in Holles Street when our daughter was born with PPHN in 2019. She is happy and healthy now thanks to all of the amazing staff there.
