Story

As many of you know, our amazing Angie has been on a tough journey over the past few years. After gradually losing strength in her arms, which forced her to step away from her beloved hairdressing, she has now been diagnosed with motor neurone disease (MND). But if you know Angie, you’ll know that she’s not one to sit back and dwell—she’s determined to turn this into something positive while she can!

So, what better way to celebrate her 40th birthday than by taking on the Peak District Ultra Challenge—a 25km walk through some stunning countryside, with the best group of friends, raising money for the MND Association, and (most importantly) finishing with a well-earned beer in a country pub!

The MND Association does incredible work supporting those affected by this disease, funding vital research, and campaigning for better care and treatments. Every penny we raise will help them continue their mission to one day find a cure.

We’d love your support—whether that’s through a donation, sharing this page, or even just sending us some words of encouragement (especially when we hit the halfway point and start questioning our life choices).

Let’s make Angie’s 40th one to remember—full of adventure, laughter, and raising money for a truly worthy cause.

Thank you for your generosity and support!
