Would you run/walk/hobble/crawl a 10K with me? Sure you would, thank you :-)
What it's all about
Click the CONTINUE READING - for all the details on how to join me and get yourself on the 100 AWESOME PEOPLE board.
In November I am taking part in the Robin Cancer Trust BIG BALLSY event and my goal is to run as many 10K's with as many different people as possible during the month. Either IN PERSON or VIRTUALLY.
I was diagnosed with testicular cancer in 2021, had an orchidectomy (posh term for having one of my balls removed) and chemotherapy too. I am now super passionate about talking about my ball(s) and making sure we all know about checking ourselves.
How to join me for a 10K - In person or Virtually.
Contact me at: runforandysballs@gmail.com
Simple...
1. throw a donation of any amount in the pot here
2. If you can join me personally then message me and we'll get that in the diary
3. Virtually is amazing too, tell me when you are going to do the 10K, run, walk, crawl, hobble it and then send me a picture of you celebrating the 10K. We can have a virtual HIGH 5 too!
4. At the end of the month I will produce a video montage of us all celebrating 10K
And together we are making a MASSIVE difference to mens health - so please join me.
My TARGET
To run in person or virtually with 100 people over the month.
So please SHARE this page so others can take part too.
And you'll secure a place on the 100 AWESOME PEOPLE board :-)
DONATE
And if you are not feeling like a 10K then I am very happy if you'd like to throw a £1 or two in the pot here and support the cancer work.
Thank you :-)
