In April 2023 I was diagnosed with Waldenstroms Macroglobulinaemia - a very rare blood cancer for which there is no 'cure' but lots of treatments available.

WMUK are an amazing charity who provide support to suffers, raise awareness, which is important for something so rare, and commission their own research.

So here I am on August Bank Holiday 2024 setting off on another fund raising expedition, this time from London to Paris as part of a small group of fellow sufferers, medical professionals and carers/family members. I hope you can still find it in your hearts to give a little bit if you can for this amazing cause. As usual, none of the money I raise will go to fund the trip, which I am paying for myself.
