Feel the fear and do it anyway! This September, we’re challenging you to zipline between the iconic 35ft high Ilkley Moor boulders, and then embark on a 50ft abseil down ‘the Cow’.

Story

To mark #WorldSuicidePreventionDay2024, I am taking part in the Great Yorkshire Abseil at Cow and Calf Rocks, Ilkley, on Sat 14th September.

I'm hoping to raise some for Leeds Mind, our local mental health charity.
