Those who know us will be aware that Alzheimer’s disease runs in the King family. I have a sister Sue and a brother Martin suffering from the disease now, previously my father, another sister and other members of my family have had this awful condition.

We are taking part in the 29 Miles in February challenge to raise money for Alzheimer's Research UK. We will complete 29 miles in 29 days challenge because we are passionate about funding vital dementia research.

We aim to complete the miles in one day to ensure we challenge ourselves , please feel free to donate loads of money or any thing you can to to our cause.

Alzheimer’s Research UK is the charity leading the search for a cure and they will keep going until everyone is free from the heartbreak of dementia.
