For more than 40 years, Cambridge Rape Crisis Centre has been committed to providing free specialist support to women and girls across Cambridgeshire who have been subjected to sexual violence and abuse.

The work done by CRCC is incredibly close to my heart. I’ve seen in equal measure just how devastating it can be to live through the aftermath of sexual assault. On the flip side, I've also seen how the work of organisations like CRCC can completely transform womens’ lives for the better.

Today, CRCC are seeing more local women and girls reaching out for support than ever before. There has been a huge increase in need and demand for the specialist emotional, therapeutic and advocacy support services they provide.

Any and all donations to support me in my challenge will make a huge difference in enabling them to ensure no woman or girl has to cope alone with the impacts of sexual violence and abuse.
