Story
Every day people in Salisbury and the surrounding areas go hungry for reasons ranging from redundancy to receiving an unexpected bill on a low income. Salisbury Foodbank provides a minimum of three days’ emergency food, toiletries and support to local people experiencing crisis.
We work with frontline care professionals such as social workers, health visitors and teachers, who identify people in need, and give them a voucher they can exchange for a food parcel containing three days’ worth of nutritionally-balanced food.
