In October 2024 I will have the privilege of being part of the Hope for Justice Extreme Challenge team raising funds to help the 49.6 million people trapped in slavery – more people than at any time in history. The funds will help rescue victims and restore lives as well as preventing trafficking happening in the first place

• We will be trekking for 7 days consecutively self supported, carrying all our own equipment over different terrain and off recognised tracks

• We will be trekking at altitudes between 2,800m – 3,300m

• Weather will be changeable and it will be cold especially nights

• We will be sleeping in tents in locations with no facilities ( BYO trowel ! )

• We will be ascending using the iconic Drakensberg ladders

This is going to be tough, its going to take all that we’ve got and more but as a team we are committed to completing this as we want to live in a world free from slavery.
