Story
Hello everyone. Once again I am taking part in O2e's annual cycling challenge. This is a two and a half-day ride from a base in one of Europe's most iconic historical cities, Bruges (Brugge). This is the 15th annual ride and is going to be a tougher than usual challenge for me this year. As many of you know, I had some surgery shortly after last year's ride and whilst I am cancer free, the surgery has meant that cycling long distances is a tad uncomfortable, but these are such amazing charities that I'm going to give it my best shot!
Please dig deep and support my school, Marjorie McClure and all of the small charities that O2e are raising life changing funds for.
Thank you once again for your generous support, it means soo much to me.
O2e is about getting out of "your" comfort zone and living life to the full whilst raising money for terminally ill children. 2023's ride is different to previous rides because its based in one city, is offering multiple distances, so is open to riders of mixed-abilities! You can cover the 100 miles a day route (250 miles over 2.5 days), or you will have the option of picking a shorter route of approximately 100km (around 60 miles).
The children's charities we are supporting this year are:
CASPA, Elhap, Freddie Farmer Foundation, Marjorie McClure, PACE, Sparkle and St Elizabeth's.
Thank you for your support!
