Counselling is one means by which people in difficulty can become empowered to transform their lives for the better, but not everyone can access it. My aim is to raise money for people in Cardiff (and beyond), to have access to funded free counselling, from qualified counsellors at Platfform Wellbeing (formerly Breathe), who would otherwise be unable to afford it.
