Hello all ,

As some of you are aware ive had some health issues that have caused problems with my feet all that's left for me to do is lose some more weight ,I am aiming to lose at least 4 stone by June to try and save my feet lol.in turn me good friend gbh (da stonerz)Ben or pat lol has decided to join me his aim is to lose 2 stone in doing so we have decided to raise money for https://www.sands.org.uk/ a charity close to my heart so you can sponsor by the lb or a set fee

my starting weight is 19 stone 6 lbs and gbh is starting at 15 stone 7lbs
