Willen Hospice’s care touches thousands of local people every year, including my father who passed away in April this year.

In his honour, I will be running the Basingstoke Half Marathon in October and anything you can give, would be gratefully appreciated. It's been a while since I last did a Half Marathon so I will need all the support I can get!

Willen Hospice gives comfort, eases pain and reduces anxiety for patients and their loved ones. I have experienced this first hand and there was no better place for my father and our family to have been in his last days, being cared for by the wonderful staff and volunteers who do an absolutely amazing job.

Every pound given makes a difference - as it enables them to do more for more people across Milton Keynes when and where they need us. They receive less than a quarter of their funding from the NHS, which means the rest is donated or fundraised by amazing local people.
