The Crisis Appeal gives homeless people a safe and warm place to spend the Christmas period, good food, access to health programmes and a route out of living on the streets. Your donation will go straight to the Crisis Christmas Appeal 2022 to support their amazing work.

I will be running 5K every day for 7 days from Christmas Day through to New Year’s Day to raise some cash for Crisis (the final 1 Jan 2023 5K being a Park Run in Bristol). I’m in the middle of a 9 week training plan to make sure I can complete the week of runs I have planned! I will try and complete each 5K within 27 minutes(ish)!!
