Firstly…. Thank you for clicking on this link! ❤️. It’s difficult to understand what people are going through in their minds, our lives may be okay, but they are not okay for everyone. It takes a tragedy, the loss of a close friend, to realise it’s not all okay.

So I have decided to go on a long journey, running as far as I can go, out of my comfort zone, from early morning to late at night. If this goes any way to raising whatever I can to help those who just even need an ear to listen, then I will run!
