On 6th April, myself, Gary, Alex and Georgia will be doing the Anfield Abseil at Liverpool FC for Crohn's and Colitis UK, the UK’s leading charity for Crohn’s and Colitis. We will be abseiling down the front of the stadium, one more thing being ticked off my bucket list.

Alex was diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis 4 years ago so this is a charity very close to our hearts.

Crohn's and Colitis UK are working hard to improve diagnosis and treatment for these lifelong conditions, and to fund research into a cure; to raise awareness and to give people hope, comfort and confidence to live freer, fuller lives.
