About the charity

Founded in 2018, Dementia Together Wirral brings people affected by dementia together to enjoy friendship, fun & community. Volunteers host events including: memory cafes, walking clubs, music groups & craft get togethers. DTW is powered almost exclusively by volunteers (plus 1 part-time worker).
