So many families are affected by this umbrella of diseases. We all know someone diagnosed with dementia. It is a very cruel disease, and it affects not only the diagnosed person, but their loved ones too.

We can all play our part by learning more about the disease, how we can minimise the risk of developing it, and how to care for others. DementiaUK is at the forefront of this movement, and the much needed funds can go towards recruiting more Admiral Nurses and for research.
