An energising session, where you turn up exactly as you are.
In just 60minutes I'll be sharing how a special method can introduce positivity and joyfulness into your lunch break.
A serious method for a boost of energy for the rest of your day.
Join me & take time out for you.
We shall be using a guided build exercise to drown out the noise, think clearly, and emerge recharged.
Two simple steps:

No judgement and no wrong answers, just a build up of energising joy.
What to bring:
20 or so Lego bricks, any colour, shape or size.
No Lego?
Just a blank piece of paper and colour crayons will do.
A bit about not being me...
Moving, aged 10, from Tel-Aviv to London, I was always going to be different.
Too noisy, too restless, not familiar with any of the unspoken rules. So naturally I broke them...
Which made me more sensitive to those out there who get exhausted trying to fit in, and just want to joyfully be themselves.
Come join me, and be unapologetically you!
I'm sharing a recognised tool to drown out the judge and the critic and let you relax and think straight.
You'll leave recharged and energised.
And you'll be helping others too via the Mental Health Foundation.

Special hands-on lunchtime session to share how building with Lego can help you boost your wellbeing and connect easily with others, all whilst raising money for The Mental Health Foundation.
With prevention at the heart of what they do, the Mental Health Foundation aims to find and address the sources of mental health problems so that people and communities can thrive.
Join me for an uplifting end of week session, you'll be helping others too.

How does it work?

All you need to bring with you are a few Lego bricks.
No Lego in the house?
Then bring a blank piece of paper and some colour crayons instead.
You will be building (or drawing) and sharing your ideas using your imaginative creations.
