The Royal Parks Half Marathon has raised nearly £65 million for over 1,200 UK charities. Down's South London relies on vital funds raised by runners each year to continue to provide specialist evidence-based therapy to children with Down's Syndrome.

Story

This year I am once again running a Royal Park Half to raise some funds for DSL, an amazing parent-run charity helping children with Down Syndrome to reach their full potential.

Any donations are much needed and welcome.
