Fundraising for The Young Women's Movement
Staff, trustees, advisory collective members, volunteers and supporters are taking part in the Wee Wander (3 miles) Kiltwalk in Glasgow this April to mark 100 years of the Young Women's Movement.
For 100 years, the Young Women’s Movement has been Scotland’s national organisation for young women’s feminist leadership and collective action against gender inequality.
We can trace our history back to 1924 when the Scottish Council seceded from the YWCA of Great Britain and formed YWCA Scotland. Although we go by a different name today, we’re proud of everything we’ve achieved over the last 100 years.
The money you raise will support us to continue to carry out our work to achieve our vision of a fairer Scotland for all self-identifying young women and girls.
