As a trustee of Onside, I am fundraising for my most local Youth Zone, Unitas - supporting disadvantaged young people across North London with three things they deserve and need; somewhere to go, something to do and someone to talk to. During the cost of living crisis meeting these needs have become even more important.

Unitas is an investment in young people in Barnet, an area so close to central London but where a third live in poverty.

This is my first triathlon and I'm loving the challenge but it isn't easy - learning how to swim frontcrawl, simply fitting in the training and hopefully avoiding injury. The support I have received from this wonderful The Hall School Triathlon team has been amazing.
