Alongside working full time, those responsible for Cat-CHING run the charity to save the lives of homeless cats in and around Sheffield. I personally have only volunteered with the Charity since 28th April 2023 and I have been overwhelmed by how many cats and kittens have come through their doors! In the short time I have been fostering I have looked after 5 momma cats and 23 kittens and this isn’t even the tip of the iceberg!

Currently, Cat-CHING are only accepting emergencies because their foster circle is already overwhelmed and recently it has also been a financial struggle. From providing supplies to volunteers, covering vet bills, trapping and neutering cats and running microchipping events there are a lot of costs to cover! Whilst everyone pulls together in times of need to ensure all the kitties’ needs are provided for, I thought it was about time I stepped up and tried my hand at a bit of fundraising. If you know me, you will know that social media and promoting myself really doesn’t come naturally! So really this fundraiser is a double challenge but lets see how it goes...
