I'm participating in Ride London to raise money for Mind.

I struggled with my mental health over a period of a year recently. I’d been working and socialising normally when I suddenly had an injury that left me with a herniated disc in my back, ultimately requiring three spinal injections and an operation.

I was unable to carry on with life as normal, and the pain, frustration, and uncertainty created a dark cloud that I battled.

After being unable to ride my bike for over 18 months, I’m very excited to be taking part in the challenging 100 miles from London to Essex and back.
