Everyone who knows me knows how much I've been to Maggies over the past few years and it's still somewhere I go each month when I'm in for SALT treatment. This is an amazing place and charity so I'm walking the coastal crawl to show my gratitude and raise money.

Coastal Crawl is a sponsored 6k walk along the beautiful north east coastline supporting Maggie's Newcastle.

Almost everything – their building, gardens, weekly programme and team of experts is funded by the local community. Every pound really does make a difference.
