I recently joined the Metro YMCA Board of Directors as a way to give back to the community in which I live, work and play. In my short time on the Board, I have learned about the great work the Y does to ensure our youth and families are able to live healthy lives.

Strengthening community is the cause for the Y. Every day, staff and volunteers work to ensure everyone, regardless of age, income or background, has the opportunity to learn, grow, and thrive.

Through this campaign, your financial support will help young people achieve their potential, empower community members of all ages to lead healthier lives, and strengthen the bonds of the families in our neighborhood.
