Epilepsy is a much more complex and serious condition than many people realise. Too often, it’s misunderstood as simply flashing lights and seizures, when in reality, it’s unpredictable and, in some cases, even life-threatening.

At Epilepsy Action, we are working tirelessly to create a world where epilepsy doesn’t hold anyone back. We provide trusted support, connect people affected by epilepsy, and challenge the misunderstandings, prejudice, and barriers that prevent those with epilepsy from living their fullest lives.

This February, I will be participating in a personal walk of 50 miles to raise awareness and funds for this vital cause. My goal is to raise £1,000 to support the incredible work of Epilepsy Action. With your help, we can create real change. Together, we can say “go” when epilepsy says “stop.”
