As many of you know I lost my sister Millie on 29th May 2023 due to a nut allergy that we weren’t really educated on, Millie was unaware of how severe her allergy was and was never really followed up throughout her life this has now resulted in her loosing her life just doing a simple thing ordering a take away. I decided to start couch to 5k and with Millies one year anniversary coming up it was my dads idea to do something for the charity that helps millions of families that have went through the same as us and continue to help families who have daily struggles with allergies. No one should live in fear nor die from eating food. Please bear in mind I don’t move from the couch so this is a big deal 🤣. I appreciate if you can spare anything or just share the Natasha foundation to raise awareness. I am to be able to complete by Millie’s 21st birthday 11th September 🤍
