I'm raising money to provide a sanctuary and a life changing camp experience for LGBTQ+ young people. Did you know that it is estimated that more than 1.8 million LGBTQ+ youth (13-24) seriously consider suicide each year in the U.S. and at least one attempts suicide every 45 seconds? Personally, I believe that Camp True Colors saved my child's life and I am so grateful to have this respite for my kiddo, and all LGBTQ+ youth.

Since 1993, One Heartland has been creating life-changing camp experiences for youth facing social isolation, intolerance, or serious health challenges. Their camps provide a welcoming, bully-free environment where children, youth and young adults can feel completely accepted for who they are—often for the first time in their lives.

One Heartland is committed to providing this opportunity to any and all LGBTQ+ youth, regardless of the ability to pay for camp in full. They need your help in order to make it happen!

To make camp affordable to those that need it most, I'm helping to raise funds for the 45% of campers who require financial assistance. My fundraising goal is $1150 which covers the cost of a full week of camp experience.
