Lacing up our running shoes again, Jess and I have decided to take on a new challenge and run the London Landmark Marathon in support of Dove House Hospice. This will be taking place on the 7th April 2024.

Dove House Hospice has been delivering high quality palliative and end of life care  for people within Hull and East Yorkshire for nearly 40 years. Patients and families are at the heart of everything at the hospice, whether it is caring for people at the end of lives, providing therapies to help people with life limiting illnesses, or giving much needed bereavement support to grieving families. 

Whilst working in the fundraising department at the hospice, I have been able to witness how the services are making such a profound impact on the local community. I am running the London Landmark Half Marathon to ensure that patients and families can spend precious time together in a peaceful setting, making memories.
