At MMB we have partnered with Ambitious About Autism and we're now in our 4th and final year with the charity with an aim to raise £1m and support young people on the autism spectrum.

We, at Marsh McLennan, have committed to becoming a more autism confident employer and industry leader in promoting and championing neurodiversity within the workplace. Since 2021, we have been offering careers advice, employability support and work placements to talented young people across the UK to prove that ‘Great Minds Don’t Think Alike’.

Our Academy teams have been tasked with helping the charity move closer to that target and we will be holding a raffle to raise as much money as we can for this amazing cause.
