Story

I have decided to complete another Ultra Challenge, this time September 2024, the Chiltern Way 25km for the charity Mind.

Why Mind? Well, they won't give up until everyone experiencing a mental health problem gets the support they need.

Mind provide advice and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem. They campaign to improve services, raise awareness and promote understanding.

Every penny can really help make a difference.
