Having experienced the loss of a partner who died by suicide along with struggling with my own mental health following the passing of my partner last year, I understand the importance of Kelly's Heroes Charity and wish to support them to help others who are struggling emotionally.

This fantastic, once in a lifetime opportunity, has presented itself through working for Framexpress and I seized it with both hands!

I feel it has been orchestrated by my partner, as a way of healing myself through focus, purpose, being in nature and supporting two small well deserving charities in the process.

I sincerely want to help others and raise as much money as possible for them both.

Unless you are affected or know someone struggling with Mental Health it’s difficult to understand. There is often still a stigma associated with it, leaving many to suffer in silence, our aim is to raise awareness and help to prevent suicide.

I am also raising money for Severn Hospice who provided my partner and I with comfort and dignity by providing physical comfort and emotional, social, and spiritual support for over 6 weeks; Severn Hospice is extremely close to my heart personally and I wish to continue to support them.
