We will be running 6 miles in this year's Only the Brave to raise money for East Anglian Air Ambulance. For anyone who knows us (especially Alys!) this is pretty hilarious that we are doing this so please sponsor us to make it all worthwhile and give us the motivation to get round the course!

East Anglian Air Ambulance (EAAA) is a 365-day-a-year helicopter emergency medical service (HEMS) covering Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Norfolk & Suffolk. We exist to save lives by delivering highly skilled doctors and critical care paramedics by air to seriously ill or injured people in the region. We do not receive regular direct government funding and the £17 million we need to raise this year comes directly from charitable donations. We are only kept airborne thanks to our incredible supporters. Thank you.
