Exodus change the lives of young people living in less advantaged communities...plain and simple. They build committed and lasting relationships, over long periods, to guide them into positive lifestyle choices and away from destructive ones. For two decades they have been delivering programmes of support, through a unique model, that has seen thousands of young people grow their skills, confidence and aspirations. None of it is possible without the partnership of others who want to see equality of opportunity for those in poorer communities.
