Hi, I'm a physiotherapist and I work at Garden House Hospice Care. My team is called the Rehab and Wellbeing team and we help our service users by giving them the skills to cope with their life limiting conditions. Garden House Hospice Care provides specialist palliative care for patients, families and carers facing life limiting illnesses, to enable them to have the best possible quality of life by providing care and support in the setting of their choice, without discrimination.
