Eve Appeal is a charity close to my heart. I want to do all that I can to raise awareness of Gynaecological cancers. So I've set myself some personal goals:

1. To run 5KM on 29 June 2024

2. To run 10KM over the course of this year as two 5km runs

3. Deliver 3 Connect with Colour workshops sharing how colour can positively impact our mental, emotional and physical wellbeing as well as being a strategic tool to communicate and show up authentically.

In doing so I plan to raise funds for Eve Appeal and I really appreciate your support, generosity and encouragement.
