HospiceCare provides end of life care to local people in our communities and supports their carers and families. HospiceCare is not about a building, but more about the way we provide and deliver care and support to people in their own homes.

We have been supporting HospiceCare North Northumberland since we opened in November 2019. We have so far raised nearly £4000 to date. Several of the team are fundraising in May. Each member of the team taking part is walking 100 miles in May.
