This year we have been touched by someone who was not only a Boss, but a wonderful human being tragically taken away from us.

The past few months have hit us very hard, we could see no reason why he was feeling depressed or lost, he was someone who was very measured, extremely intelligent, and very well thought of, especially by his team and everyone who knew him in the business, it came as a huge shock.

We have decided to come together with Colleagues and our Suppliers for a football event— raising awareness of men's mental health and celebrating the life of Karl.

We'll also have a special guest speaker, Matthew Williams, who will share insights on mental health and the importance of reaching out and talking.

One life lost to suicide is too many, in the UK, suicide is the biggest killer of men under 50 and in 2022 three-quarters of all suicide deaths were male.

Your contribution, no matter the size, will help make a difference.

Thank you to everyone who joined us last week, what a fantastic day, we really appreciate your kindness and support. Karl would have certainly been proud of everyone and overwhelmed at the amount of money raised, we are truly grateful to each and every one of you.

Without you this wouldn't have been possible.

Please remember, keep talking and reaching out to those who are struggling, we lost a great leader and a wonderful friend, lets try to help others who are struggling.
