Story
It's been a few years now since losing my dad and I've spent a lot of time reflecting on what he would say if I could tell him ‘Dad, i’m running The London Marathon.’ I can almost hear his voice saying: ‘Running is bad for your knees!’. Yet, I also know he would be there to support me all the way.
I am so grateful to have the opportunity to be running on behalf of an amazing charity that does brilliant work— a cause I know my dad would have wanted to support.
Please help me raise funds for Mind, a charity which is not only close to my heart but also making a massive difference in the world.
£5 - Could help put Minds information in local GP surgeries, helping people to make the crucial first step of asking their doctor for support.
£10 - Could help Mind answer calls to their Infoline, providing someone with vital support and information about help in their area.
£20 - Could help make mental health a priority. Together, we can stand up for injustices – whether that's in healthcare, work or law.
Your support ensures Mind can be there. On the other end of the phone, in local communities, and campaigning for better services and support.
