Just4Children are fundraising to provide Alice with therapy and specialist equipment to allow her a life full of adventure in a world not always designed with her in mind.

At nearly two years old Alice is slowly building the strength and coordination to roll, sit unaided and to support herself through her arms and legs. She enjoys physiotherapy and is easily the most hard working and determined person I have ever met. In terms of mobility, the extent of her injury means that independent movement will always be very challenging and Alice may need to use supportive equipment to assist her in all her adventures but her willingness to work hard and her determination to do things for herself will push her far beyond anyone’s expectations.

We, her family, friends and cheerleaders will do everything we can to support her in her mission to be as independent as possible. We are working hard to match her energy and find the best and most suitable therapies, treatments and equipment to support her goals. We want to provide her with access to regular active physio, hydrotherapy, rebound therapy and oxygen therapy. None of these are available on the NHS but all have the potential to change Alice’s life and give her independence.

This fundraiser is to provide Alice with an intensive week of Physiotherapy and HBOT (oxygen therapy) in Autumn this year. These therapies will give her the skills and strength she needs to progress towards this goal and we can’t wait to share with you her amazing achievements - thank you!
