My name is Alissa Berwick. I am a second year kinesiology student at RDP going into year two as an RDP Queens Indoor Track Athlete.

Running has been instilled in me by my family and community since a young age and I am thrilled to be competing again at the collegiate level. Through running I have built a strong work ethic, developed an incredible sense of community, formed life long relationships with team mates, coaches, trainers, and supporters many of which I can now call friends. I believe these qualities pushed me to obtain the grit that allowed me to contribute to my team's success last season as we won the 2024 ACAC Indoor Track Championship. None of this is possible without the generosity of donors and sponsors. Competing at this level requires the cost of entries, non-conference travel expenses, hosting expenses, equipment, and team apparel to be off set.
